- The default split is 80/20; 90/10 is a paid checkout add-on, not the base plan
- A 4-minute news blackout applies around listed high-impact events unless a news-trading add-on is purchased
- Open positions at the time of a payout request void eligibility if the account breaches before they are closed
- ThinkMarkets live-account payouts are unavailable to US and other restricted-country residents — use crypto or Rise instead
Câu hỏi thường gặp
What is ThinkCapital?
ThinkCapital is a broker-backed forex and CFD proprietary trading firm launched in 2024 and operated by TFG (Payments) Limited from London. It sits on ThinkMarkets infrastructure, so traders evaluate on ThinkTrader, TradingView or Platform 5 rather than a generic white-label simulator. Programs include Lightning (1-step), Dual Step Intraday/Swing, Nexus (3-step) and Instant Funding, with starting balances from $5,000 to $100,000 and a scaling path up to $1.5 million on ThinkTrader.
What is the ThinkCapital profit split?
The default split on Lightning, Dual Step, Nexus and Instant Funding is 80% to the trader / 20% to ThinkCapital. A 90/10 split is sold as a checkout add-on rather than unlocked by scaling. Scaling grows the virtual balance by 20% of the original size every three months; it does not automatically raise the split.
How often can I request a payout from ThinkCapital?
The first payout is due 14 days after your first trade on the funded account, then every 14 days. A weekly add-on cuts that cycle to 7 days. You also need three profitable days of at least 0.5% in the cycle and a request of $100 or more. ThinkCapital processes approved requests within 3 business days; crypto is usually the fastest rail after that.
Which withdrawal methods does ThinkCapital support, and are there fees?
Three rails: USDT/USDC crypto (fastest, no ThinkCapital fee), Rise (email-based, with a $50 monthly Rise processing fee in months you withdraw that way), and a transfer into a personal ThinkMarkets live account where that broker accepts clients. US and Canadian residents cannot use the ThinkMarkets live-account option. There is no advertised minimum beyond covering about $100 of transactional costs. The challenge fee is refunded automatically after the third successful payout, not the first.
How does the ThinkCapital scaling plan work?
If you make at least 10% over three months and take three withdrawals in that window, you can email support to add 20% of the original starting balance. Repeat that cycle to grow ThinkTrader allocations from a $600,000 funded cap toward $1.5 million (MT5 / Platform 5 caps at $1 million). Scaling is not automatic, accounts cannot be merged or split, and the profit split stays at whatever you bought (80% or the 90% add-on).
