Spotware Integrates Finmatek Into cBridge to Streamline Broker Compliance Reporting

Spotware has announced a strategic partnership between its liquidity bridge, cBridge, and regulatory technology provider Finmatek. The collaboration is designed to help multi-platform retail brokers streamline complex regulatory reporting requirements directly through their trading infrastructure.

Launched by Spotware, cBridge serves as a standalone liquidity bridge utilizing fixed infrastructure pricing. It connects brokers to various liquidity providers across popular platforms including cTrader, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and direct FIX API environments, combining price aggregation, order routing, and exposure monitoring into a single unified system.

By integrating Finmatek into this setup, brokers can now leverage the trade and liquidity data already aggregated within cBridge for compliance purposes. The solution is built to handle mandatory reporting frameworks such as MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, CRS, and FATCA without requiring complex secondary data pipelines.

Industry representatives noted that the integration aims to reduce the operational friction often associated with regulatory compliance. Instead of maintaining separate systems for execution and reporting, brokers can validate and submit required data seamlessly using existing operational workflows.

For funded traders and retail participants, infrastructure upgrades like this highlight the increasing institutional focus on transparency and robust regulatory oversight among online brokers. As prop firms and brokerages demand more efficient multi-platform integrations, technological enhancements in backend reporting continue to shape the modern trading environment.
