Leverate Integrates ChatGPT and Claude for Chat-Based Trade Execution

Financial technology provider Leverate has rolled out a groundbreaking tool that enables traders using its platform to place orders simply by chatting with leading artificial intelligence assistants, including ChatGPT and Claude. Named MCP for Traders, the innovative feature bridges conversational AI with live financial markets.

Unlike fully autonomous AI agents that operate without human supervision, Leverate's tool emphasizes security and control. An order is only executed and sent to the market after the trader manually reviews and approves it directly inside the chat interface.

The new capability connects an AI assistant to a single live trading account. This latest development follows Leverate's release of a Model Context Protocol server in July, which previously allowed AI assistants to interact with broker CRM and risk data without handling trade execution.

Throughout 2026, retail brokers and proprietary trading software vendors have increasingly integrated AI agents into client operations. A recent industry study highlighted that at least ten major firms adopted similar AI integrations in the first half of the year alone, with Anthropic's Claude being a favorite choice.

For brokers and prop trading firms utilizing Leverate's infrastructure, this tool is available as an adjustable setting that can be easily switched on. As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the retail trading landscape, tools like MCP for Traders offer a glimpse into the future of interactive platform navigation.
